These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Cartless (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the Cartless mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Cartless is a self-improvement tool that helps you pause before impulse purchases and track your spending habits. The figures and projections shown in the App are estimates based on the information you provide. Cartless is not financial, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own purchasing and financial decisions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we do not directly process refunds.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App, its design, and its content are owned by Cartless and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal use.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the estimates it produces are accurate for your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cartless will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions you make while using the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
